We are a boutique, residential real estate brokerage, established in 2011.  We quickly grew it to a $300m+ brokerage. We are located in a luxury market on the seacoast of NH. We are known as Madden Group, a small, busy office serving home sellers, buyers and investment property owners in the seacoast and greater seacoast of NH and southern Maine.

We hold broker licenses in MA, ME and NH. 

We are looking for people who love real estate as much as we do. 

In addition to exceptional sales and rental associates who serve the NH seacoast, we are also seeking licensed MA and Maine associates whose geographical focus is the Maine, Mass or NH coast, or who service buyers leaving Greater Manchester, the 495 belt or other areas, in search of seacoast living.
