NORTH HAMPTON

SMALL BUT MIGHTY: Welcome to North Hampton, New Hampshire!

Known for it’s many “bath houses” that dot the beach, North Hampton keeps its traditional beach look of yesteryear while providing the beach experience of today.

North Hampton has always been a beautiful seaside town. Even though the majority of the town is inland, it is one of the few towns to benefit from the limited eighteen miles of New Hampshire coastline. Originally part of Hampton and known as “North Hill” or “North Parish”, North Hampton separated and was granted a township in 1742.

It is home to many small businesses regardless of its small size with a population of a little over 4,000 people and an average home price of $649,000. North Hampton school system consistently ranks higher than almost 73% of the schools in New Hampshire. High school students attend regional Winnacunnet High School in Hampton. Homes in North Hampton span from beachfront cottages to equestrian estate properties with acreage to lovely cul de sacs with newer construction.
